My price includes postage and packing within the UK, items usually being despatched within 48 hours of receipt of funds. I am happy to send items abroad but buyers from overseas should contact me for shipping costs and make an additional payment. Buyers are liable for  import taxes in their own country where appropriate.

These are photos of the actual model you are buying. Remember that these toys are around 50 years old! All models advertised are original, not restored or repainted unless I have stated otherwise.

I really didn’t mean to get either this model or #242 as they just look terrible. They didn’t interest me then with that silly roof that looked as if it had been recycled from the Bermuda taxi and still wouldn’t if it weren’t for the fact that they’re getting scarce.

I had mistakenly assumed that no-one else really wanted these and so I could pick them up easily enough as and when I got near the end of the collection list. Wring. For some reason I fail to comprehend these are commanding very high prices and especially the mustard version without the top or people that seems to have had a very limited production run and availability.

This is a nice original example with everything in place except the dog that I think should be on the back seat. The paintwork is very good, as are the tyres and screen and interior. I am hoping to track down a dog but in the meantime it is for sale as it stands.

Now sold.
