Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where that was included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal or bank account again; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at design@corgi-toys.net.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at design@corgi-toys.net and send your item to: 1 High Street Towcester Northamptonshire United Kingdom NN12 8NW. We will do our best to find an equivalent and suitable model but this may not always be possible, in which instance we will provide a full refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you rather than to the [person paying or it, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 High Street Towcester Northamptonshire United Kingdom NN12 8NW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made a mistake or have not described or illustrated the item accurately. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Where we have made a mistake or an item has significant defects we did not illustrate or describe that affect its value then we will advise you how to return it to us and will pay for that specified service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We want you to be happy with our items and to come back for more and recommend us to other collectors and investors, or just people looking for information.

So if you have bought a model and find that it isn’t what you expected then just send it back to us and we will refund the purchase price.

If we have described it inaccurately or made an error in the description or illustrations then do contact us first. We will check the material used to describe and illustrate it and, if we agree, we will also refund your postage to us through the service we specify.

In most cases where someone finds the condition worse than expected or we had not mentioned something important and not clear in the photographs we would resolve the matter quickly in your favour. It hasn’t happened yet but we want you to feel confident when dealing with us.

We use the Paypal payment system here and despatch goods within a day or two of receiving confirmed funds. We send each item in the UK by 2nd Class Royal Mail at no extra charge or by 1st Class tracked Royal Mail for £4 or other arrangements as agreed with you. We will send items to many International destinations but you need to contact us first to confirm costs and availability.
