These are photos of the actual model you are buying. Remember that these toys are around 50 years old! All models advertised are original, not restored or repainted unless I have stated otherwise.
Borderline this one - not really wacky but not that normal either. At least you can see some of these on the roads.
It is a Mazak die-cast branded model and another one that is quite unliked. The lines around headlamp units and on the bonnet are very ill-defined, the orange paint heavy and that doesn’t exactly help - neither the colour nor the weight! (It’s exactly the same paint as the numerically preceding model, #388 Mercedes C111).
I do like the firmness of the opening hatch. That could have been a lot worse and operates very smoothly by pressing the silver button centre rear. Inside the detailing is not really there but it is clean and looks like it has seldom been opened.
It is just such a shame that they didn’t do something better with those headlamps.
In excellent condition all round, a good addition to any collection of this era.
