Here’s a model that lasted well. Introduced in 1972 and it stayed on the books until 1979. There was also an Police version of this.

Nice, accurate body represents the Range Rover well and this example has clean paintwork and all the stickers are intact although a bit worn. Inside there is a little person on a stretcher but no room for the two sad-looking characters designed to carry it..

The wheels are the same design as so many others and look pretty useless but they are, at least, a little larger than the standard one, thank goodness!

This is a cheaper version than the Police Range Rover with no sliding side panels There is no Mazak logo on the base of this one.

The suspension all round is as hard as any I have encountered, almost non-existent. However, the vehicle sits evenly and hasn’t been supported in the photos.

These are not expensive as there are quite a few around but most have lost the stretcher or porters.
