My price includes postage and packing within the UK, items usually being despatched within 48 hours of receipt of funds. I am happy to send items abroad but buyers from overseas should contact me for shipping costs and make an additional payment. Buyers are liable for  import taxes in their own country where appropriate.

These are photos of the actual model you are buying. Remember that these toys are around 50 years old! All models advertised are original, not restored or repainted unless I have stated otherwise.

I wasn’t too bothered about getting this one. I think the silly roof put me off, rather like the Fiat Ghia Jolly which I also find a bit odd, funnily enough. Anyway, one eventually came along at a modest price and it is much better without that roof!

I will get a replacement roof but in the meantime this is the model for sale. These are always very pale cream - almost white - with yellow paper stickers and tan interior. There should be a driver and, as I said, a plastic roof of one colour or another - I’ve seen red, yellow green and blue. There’s even black but I think that is only a replacement item colour.

The Ford Thunderbird is the same as available in normal open form but somehow looks a lot better than the red suspension version. This is more low slung to my mind and similar colour to the first, non sprung version.

There should be a sticker on the boot. I am obtaining a replacement for that too. As well as missing drivers, the most common problem is the screen which, whilst fairly sturdy, seldom lasts this long. This one has a very good, original screen which is unmarked. Marvellous. I am beginning to quite like this after all.
