Corgi made good use not only of the Bedford S cab but also of the tanker unit. Here it is in its first appearance in red with the Mobilgas logo. I remember Mobil but not Mobilgas. But that’s for another day.

This example is in nice, original condition with good transfers and paintwork, including nice shiny silver along the top. The windows are clean and the correct size tyres very good.

In 1965 the same tanker unit gets pulled by a Bedford TK cab with suspension in one of Corgi’s more bizarre updates.

It will also appear as a Milk tanker in 1962 and again in 1965 and as a US Army Fuel tanker in 1965. There are also strange and very expensive foreign versions.
